And then this company sometimes acts really like a collection agency using their dishonest and unbelievable practices. They do not stop before anything to reach their main target – pull out the money off you.

You can forget about your credit to look and get better because they know how not to make it happen. It is their usual practices to post your payments late and force you to pay a huge number of different late and excessive fees and various additional charges. And they do it to those people they actually have to help to get back on their feet! Sometimes America’s Servicing Company can even say that you have missed your payment, which is a complete untruth.
And when you try to get out of this trouble, they will never assist you with it; they never even give you a straight answer how you would better act. So, be warned!
